These have been created by the skilful conversion of this beautiful Jacobean stable block to Spixworth Hall. We have taken great care to retain as many features as possible of its former use, including the clock, sundial and weather vane, flooring and beams.
Waterside Cottage sleeps 5-6
1 single, 1 twin, 1 double + single.
Granary Cottage sleeps 6-8
2 twin bedrooms, 1 double + 2 single beds if required.
The Hayloft sleeps 6-7
2 twin bedrooms, 1 double + 1 single bed if required.
Waterside and Granary Cottages are similar but not identical, each being entirely self-contained. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen is well appointed with ample cupboard and work surface space. The dining/living area is fully carpeted with space to relax or play. There is also a W.C., cloakroom and shower.
Stairs lead to a large attractive landing on the first floor with lovely views across the farm. There are two bedrooms on this floor and bathroom. On the second floor there is a large bedroom.
The cottages are set in open landscaped grounds, each possessing its own garden furniture and picnic area.
The Hayloft offers stunning accommodation on the first and second floors above Stables Cottage. A large open living, dining and kitchen area takes up most of the first floor. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms with shower, W.C. and wash basin on the second floor, and a further bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. Access is from the clock gable stairway.
Each cottage is equipped with oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV and wood burning stove. There is a shared utility room in the clock gable with washing machine and tumble drier and a payphone in the entrance hall. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Cottage gives a safe area for small children to play.
