Directions

Either
leave the Norwich Ring Road taking the A 140 signed to Cromer. After 2 miles turn right into Horsham St. Faiths village. Just past the church, turn right into Crown Road; after a further 100 yards this becomes Spixworth Road. Drive a further 1.5 miles and the entrance to Grange Farm is on your left with a sign — Grange Farm livery. Shortly after, the road forks right and left to join Buxton Road (the church will be opposite). Take the right fork heading towards Norwich. Drive past the first turning on your left (Ivy Road) after about 400 yards. As you approach the next left turning, indicate right and turn into the farm track (The Longe Arms Pub is at the junction to your left). Drive through the wooden gates and keep on going until you see the cottages.
Or
leave the Norwich Ring Road on the B 1150 North Walsham Road. After two sets of traffic lights turn left into White Woman Lane. At the next lights turn right onto Buxton Road. You will pass Quaker Lane on your left after 1 mile then Arthurton Road on your right; Lodge Cottage is 50 yards further along to your left.
Driving on for the remaining cottages you pass a garage (the Jaguar Centre) on your right. The turning for the cottages is 200 yards further on the left; there is a pub — The Longe Arms — on the opposite side of the road. Go through the wooden gates and down the farm track to Spixworth Hall Cottages.

If you are approaching Norwich from the south (A 11 or A 140) at peak periods (Saturdays and normal rush-hour times) the City Ring Road can be very busy and it is easier to go straight into the city centre. When you reach the inner ring road, take it westbound and then follow signs for Cromer (A 140) or Wroxham (A 1151).
