calendarThis was originally the coachman's cottage to Spixworth Hall and has been fully modernised and furnished to a high standard without losing features such as exposed beams and wall ties. It has central heating and a wood burning stove.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a dining room and living room which opens out through French windows into the large garden.

There is also a separate W.C., shower and utility area.

There are four bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with W.C.

Bedroom 1: Family room with a double and single bed.

Bedroom 2: Family room with en-suite shower and basin, double and single bed.

Bedroom 3: Small twin.

Bedroom 4: Small twin.

Bedroom 5: Downstairs, twin, with en-suite shower, W.C., basin.


There is a large garden bounded and divided by old walls and railings into three distinct areas with patio, lawns, courtyard and play areas. The walls support a profusion of roses in midsummer, and to the north and east woodland encourage a wide variety of wild life.

Games Room
The traditional barn next to Gaffer's is equipped with snooker table, table tennis, darts, badminton, other net games and children's toys. There are also swings and a climbing frame in an outside play area.
